Please read the following guidelines carefully before requesting a return or refund. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Refunds
To prevent fraud and maintain the highest standard of service, returns and refunds are only available to customers who strictly follow these rules:

Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory): You must record a continuous, unedited video while unboxing the package for the first time. This video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product as it is being opened. Without this video evidence, we cannot process any return or refund requests.

Eligible Conditions: We only accept returns or refunds for products that arrive damaged or defective.

Ineligible Reasons: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for personal preferences or change of mind (e.g., "I don't like the product," "It wasn't what I expected," or other simple reasons).
2. The 48-Hour Deadline

You must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the package delivery date (as shown by the tracking information).

Any requests made after the 48-hour window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
3. How to Initiate a Request
If your product is damaged or defective and you meet all the criteria above, please contact us immediately with the following information:

Your Order Number

A brief description of the defect/damage

The mandatory unboxing video and photos of the damage
4. Processing Time
Once you submit your request along with the required proof, our team will review your case.

We will process your request and provide a resolution (such as issuing a refund or arranging a replacement) within 3–4 business days.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
